Urania (a) Christina (1831)

Voyage Overview

The Spanish Goleta, Urania (a) Christina, left Havana on 15 February 1831 and purchased 284 enslaved people at Ouidah (no date recorded). The captain, Juan Bautista Arrarte, sailed the vessel toward Cuba as intended, when it likely landed on 1 July 1831. Only 270 people survived the Middle Passage.
