Feliz Africano (1826)
The Brazilian Brig, Feliz Africano, left Bahia on 21 July 1825 and purchased 490 enslaved people at Ouidah (no date recorded). The captain, Antônio José Galvão, sailed the vessel, owned by José de Cerqueira Lima, back toward Brazil as intended, when it likely landed in 1826. Only 444 people survived the Middle Passage.
