The Brazilian Schooner, Zéfiro, left Bahia on 16 July 1822 and purchased 328 enslaved people at Ouidah (no date recorded). The captain, Manoel João Neves da Silva, sailed the vessel, owned by Vicente de Paula Silva, back toward Brazil as intended, when it likely landed at São Salvador da Bahia on 10 February 1822.
