Fama de Cádiz (a) Diana (1828)
This Brazilian vessel, Fama de Cadiz (a) Diana, left Brazil (no date recorded) and purchased 735 enslaved people at Ouidah (no date recorded). The captain, M. Igartua, sailed the vessel back toward Brazil as intended, when it likely landed in September 1828. Only 700 people survived the Middle Passage. For more information, see Map of 1828.
